This is the Return Policy for the WWF-India online shop.
World Wide Fund for Nature – India (WWF-India) is a NGO, having its office at 172 B, Lodi Estate, New Delhi – 110003, which is having its online portal at https://naturestore.wwfindia.org (the “Site”) By using (browsing or shopping on) our Site or by subscribing to or using any of our services (“Services”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms of the Return Policy (the “Return Policy“).
Please review the following provisions carefully. If you do not agree to any of these provisions, please do not use this Site.
The term “WWF-India” or “us“, “our” or “we” refers to the owner of the Site, i.e. WWF-India. The term “you” refers to you, the user or viewer of our Site or any of the Services..
WWF-India does not refund the amount paid for a product. WWF-India accepts the return of a product for a specified/ exchanged product only if the said product is faulty/ damaged in transit; or does not conform to what you ordered; or where the specifications like a fitting, color, capacity, etc. are to be rectified.
For products damaged in transit or faulty
We take utmost care in packaging and shipping the product. If items reach you damaged during transit due to circumstances beyond our control, we urge you to not accept the product or send it back within 15 (fifteen) days of receiving such a product.
Please click a picture of the damaged item and send us an email at products@wwfindia.net quoting your order no#, name, and city. We will replace the product once the damaged parcel/ product has been received by us, subject to its availability.
For products where the fit, color, capacity, etc. is to be rectified
We request you to check the size chart/ color chart/ product description carefully before placing your order. For a change of fit, color, capacity, etc. please contact us within 15 (fifteen) days of receiving such product, quoting your name, order no# and city, along with the correct product specification required by you.
We will replace the product once the damaged parcel/ product has been received by us, subject to its availability.

For products that do not conform to what you ordered
In case you find the product does not conform to what you ordered, we request you to contact us within 15 (fifteen) days of receiving such product, quoting your name, order no#, and city, along with your statement as to how the product does not conform to what you ordered.
We will replace the product once the damaged parcel/ product has been received by us, subject to its availability.
General EXCEPTIONS and RULES that apply to this Return Policy:
• Do not accept any products with damaged/ tampered packaging (excludes normal wear & tear and markings on the outer surface of the package, acceptable in the transit process).
• Exchange of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the original price tags, labels, and invoices, in their original packaging, in an undamaged and untampered condition.
• Returned/ exchanged products are subject to inspection and checking by the WWF-India team.
• Any products damaged post delivery to the user/customer, shall not be accepted for return. Products damaged due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under this Return Policy.
• Returns and exchanges are allowed only if your address is serviceable for a return/ exchange by our logistics team.
• When you ship your returns/ exchanges, kindly pack the products securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns/ exchanges, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.
