World Wide Fund for Nature – India (WWF India) is a NGO, having its office at 172 B, Lodi Estate, New Delhi – 110003, which has its online portal at https://naturestore.wwfindia.org (the “Site”) By using (browsing or shopping on) our Site or by subscribing to or using any of our services (“Services”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms of the Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy“).

1) Personal Data Privacy
WWF-India keeps track of your information to offer you the best possible shopping experience.
When you register (log in), you supply your email address and a password. This allows us to provide you access to your account every time you visit our Website.
Before completing your first purchase, we also ask you for your name, phone number, email, billing and shipping addresses. This information is necessary to fulfill your order. We utilise this information only for the use and benefit of WWF-India in order to provide our best products/ services to our users. We do not collect/store your banking information like credit / debit card/ net banking information on our server. Our Payment gateway processes the transaction through the respective banking system.
Emails are sent only to WWF-India members/ users who have chosen to receive them (opted-in) or who have made a purchase on our website. At any time, you can notify us that you wish to stop receiving these emails. In addition, we keep a record of your past purchases, returns, and credits. We may also ask you for information regarding your personal preferences and demographics to help us better meet your needs.
